Basic Needs
Psychologists stress on the importance of considering the basic needs and trying to fulfill them. According to the scientific division, in the first place come the physiological needs: breath, food, drink, sleep, sex, balance and defecation. Then the need to feel safe: physical safety, occupational safety, resource security, family safety, health security and safety of the property. Afterward there are the social needs like friendship and family relationships, then the need to appreciation: self-respect, self-trust, making achievements, offering and earning respect. At last there is the need to self-actualization represented in the ability to create, solve problems and accept reality. Imbalance of fulfilling these needs will lead to instability of life.

The same goes for taking care of the psychological needs only as he who forgets about his spiritual needs will never find rest. You should eat all elements of food to enjoy a good health as eating one element or two only will lead to health problems. You will lead a life full of abundant peace, comfort and wisdom if you give your body the suitable care it needs to be able to work, your psychological health the proper care to be able to think, feel soundly, have willpower and a positive life, as well as keeping a deep relationship with God so as to enjoy peace. As they say to have an intact personality and a good psychological health you should take care of your body and soul.
