On Monday, November 7, 2016, the General Authority of the Egyptian National Library and Archives, headed by Dr. Mahmoud El-Dabe, in cooperation with the Egyptian General Book Authority, headed by Prof. Dr. Haitham al-Haj Ali, and under the auspices of columnist Hilmi El-Namnam Minister of Culture, held a judicial cultural festivity in the seminars hall in the National Library building, Ramlet Bolaq Nile Corniche.
